About Garlic

Garlic has long been known as a natural substance that has many health benefits. Although most people do not smell like garlic apparently has many health benefits. It also causes a lot of people do not like to consume.

Garlic contains the amino acid constituents of healthy and allicin, an amino acid derivative is beneficial for health. Garlic itself contains minerals zinc, germanium, selenium, iron and magnesium, Vit A, B1 and C as well as sulfur compounds that are beneficial to bind toxic metals and hearts to be issued.
The following benefits can be obtained from garlic:

Benefits 1.
Garlic contains antioxidants that can help prevent cancer. If you are a heavy smoker, you can chew raw garlic to protect the body and prevent cancer.

Benefit 2.
Garlic contains anti-inflammatory. So if you have fever, or sore throat, just enough garlic to chew your throat and the result is immediately re-fit.

Benefit 3.
Garlic is also a good anti-bacterial. If you are experiencing digestive infection, then add the chopped raw garlic in salads. The digestion will flow more smoothly.

Benefit 4.
Antioxidants contained in garlic can also help flush out toxins from the body. This benefit is not only good for health, but also helps to slow down premature aging.

Benefit 5.
If you suffer from arthritis, crush raw garlic then compress at the knee or bone. Garlic will ease the pain.
